I've been a busy π behind the scenes this week and I'm really excited to share what's new.
First, there's a brand new guide available: the Blood Sugar Action Guide. I'll be sharing more details about it in a separate post, but I'm really excited about this one. If you're a Premium member, you'll find it in the Longevity Wellness Vault along with all your other resources. If you're not Premium yet, you can purchase it individually in the new Wellness Resource Shop inside the classroom. Speaking of the classroom, I've been doing some reorganizing! All of your Premium resources are now consolidated into one course The Longevity Wellness Vault, so everything is easier to find. Recipes are still exactly where they've always been in the Recipes Library, so no worries there.
And one more thing: both of the new guides (Blood Sugar Action Guide and Protein Toolkit), they both include π»π²π πΏπ²π°πΆπ½π²π too, so make sure you check those out.
