Hi guys! Im 13, play defense for Team Philadelphia AA in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Used to play for JR Flyers 12' AAA, coaches were bad and I wasn't learning much, so I dropped down to AA. Hoping to learn and improve more and more as I get older, as well working with Luke and his team. I'm 170lbs, 5'8, not fat at all, i'm just buff. The clip below was from a little tournament held this past June. My trigger 9 pro broke so I had to use this old bauer stick that was 80 flex and was super heavy. My current stick now is a Hyperlite 2, Flex is 55, and curve is p28. Hoping to make college hockey, at least D3. Going to the gym 3x a week with a personal trainer that makes my workouts specially made for a hockey player. Off ice train daily focusing on stick handling and shooting. Doing reaction time drills about 4x a week, watching NHL plays daily. Eating healthy, living healthy. Nothing hurts to get better than what i'm at now. Thanks for reading my yap 🙏.
