So this afternoon has been a very trying afternoon. Anxiety reared it's ugly head and I have been battling ever since to get to a calm place. I tried my music, tried walking, tried shutting myself away to have a complete break from everything. Not hung seemed to work. I have a theory about this though. It had no real trigger today. When I can identify the trigger I feel I can work past the anxiety better. This is a big realisation as I thought there was no rhyme or reason to my panic attacks. With this in mind I'm going to do research into other ways to fight panic attacks to see if there is something that works when the start is an unknown.sorry if this has upset anyone just wanted to share.
