Hi everyone, I'm after some advice. I struggle with carbs; when I eat them, I seem to put weight on straight away. I have the microwave Basmati rice, which are 250g pouches, with my lunch meal. For breakfast, I will have either porridge or fat-free yogurt with blueberries or raspberries. I also track my meals. Should I use wholegrain rice or white rice, and the same for pasta? Or is there a better carb I could use to stop bloating? I'm 17 st 9 pounds. Any advice would be appreciated. Have a great day.
