Started the week on a positive with a walk in the sun, was a bit chilli but nice all the same.
Always do a weigh-in on a Monday morning and I had put on 3.7lbs and it didn't bother me as I know I've been putting the work in and I'll continue to smash my gym sessions and macros this week.
I've noticed a big difference in my arms, chest, shoulders and back recently so I'm well chuffed and motivated to keep improving my fitness, wellbeing and mental health.
