Had a small procedure on my back this week that means I can't go to the gym/lift heavy etc until I've had stitches out and healed a bit, so I'm feeling a bit gutted to be honest. Tying to stay positive with lots of walking and especially on inclines to keep the legs strong (overcoming hills figuratively and literally). Any tips on how to maintain muscle and mindset other than walking during this time would be appreciated!
Birthday weekend is approaching too and I'm already worried I can't burn off all the excess calories that will be consumed 😬
