Pause once per round or practice and name what you’re feeling (one word). MPGA+ members visit CLASSROOM - and go to NEUTRAL ZONE. Inside this class - watch the first video Power of the Pause.

When emotions show up, most often after mistakes or before important shots.

What patterns are starting to reveal themselves?
