Hey Kingdom Leaders, Builders, Innovators, and Visionaries! 👋🏾 I’m April Michelle Ball—your host, strategist, disruptor, and sister on this journey of influence, purpose, and global impact. I created this community because leaders like us don’t fit into boxes. We build them. Reshape them. Or tear them down altogether when they no longer serve God’s agenda. Who Am I? I am a Finance, Operations, and Human Resources Manager in the tech industry by profession… A transformational leader by training… A speaker, coach, consultant, and builder of leaders by assignment… And a woman shaped by grace, fire, and a calling to influence Nations and Systems. I hold an M.S. in Leadership & Organizational Development and multiple certifications across business, ministry, and operations. I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a specialized emphasis on global ecosystems, innovation, and minority representation in leadership spaces. My passion? Building global leadership ecosystems that strengthen the internal and external worlds of leaders, provoke innovation, and reproduce impact at scale. A leader who builds leaders—who build leaders. Why This Community Exists Because the Mountains of Influence are shifting. Systems are shaking. Nations are restructuring. And the Body of Christ is entering a new wave of maturity. Many of you have been tested, stretched, rebuilt, and repositioned. You’re not the same person you were last year—and God expects more of you in this next phase. This space is for: 🔥 Leaders hungry for more 🔥 Professionals navigating purpose 🔥 Innovators shaping culture 🔥 Intercessors with global burdens 🔥 Builders carrying Kingdom blueprints 🔥 Voices called to influence business, government, media, education, church, family, arts, and more This is a safe, strategic, and spiritually intelligent ecosystem designed to elevate your thinking, sharpen your gifts, and strengthen your capacity for impact. 🏔️ Icebreaker Question If your life today were a “mountain,” which one would it be—Climb, Summit, or Transition—and why?
