The time has come for February's Leader in the spotlight!! It will be posted this Thursday for Steven Halliburton. Next week we have our Leader's monthly training for March. It's a great one and is necessary in leader building. How would you guys feel about having a leadership Q & A to close out the quarter?!? Here's the contest: 1) Retrieve your unique Skool link. (Image attached) 2) Invite ALLL the leaders you know who are movers and shakers to this community. 3) Attend the Q & A for the live give away. Fine print: For every leader who joins and attends the meeting you will get 1 ticket entered into the drawing. They can also be entered into the drawing for every person they invite to the community and attend the Q & A. (No pyramid points). There is no limit on the amount of entries you get. If we get more than 50 people to join the community the cash prize will go up to $250 for the one person's ticket that is drawn. Systemic thinking: don’t allow a system to quietly disqualify you before you even realize where you’re called to go. I’ve seen how something as simple as an erroneous charge, a label, or a moment of being targeted or misunderstood can follow a person and limit opportunities they were fully capable of stepping into. A man can be an activist, committed to his community, and yet one encounter can create barriers that attempt to redefine his future. This is how systems operate sometimes through intentional targeting, sometimes through ignorance but the outcome can be the same: doors appear closed before the individual ever reaches them. Your journey is not defined by what was placed on you, but by what you choose to rise into.
