As a leader, you should NEVER have to question how others see you as a leader/person. Every leader needs a leader, mentor, or trusted support system that is willing to tell them the truth—not only about how they lead, but about how their leadership impacts others. Leadership can create blind spots. You may know your intentions, but you may not always recognize how your words, decisions, tone, or behaviors are experienced by the people around you. That is why trusted accountability matters. You should have people close enough to observe you, honest enough to correct you, and safe enough to tell you what others may be hesitant to say. A healthy leader does not have to guess how they are showing up. They have trusted people who help them see themselves clearly, make adjustments when necessary, and continue growing. Every leader needs someone who can speak truth to both their leadership and their person.

Day 2 The Art of Leadership Mobilization Leadership is more than what is visible. True influence comes from understanding what operates beneath the surface. PSYCHOLOGICAL What's happening within me? Identity, assumptions, emotional responses, experiences, confidence, fears, motivations, values, and internal patterns. BUSINESS / ORGANIZATIONAL What am I responsible for accomplishing? Strategy, performance, people, resources, organizational expectations, stakeholder needs, and execution. SYSTEMS What larger environment am I operating within? Power, access, culture, relationships, institutions, structures, politics, geography, societal forces, and interconnected systems. Reflection question: What do we miss about leadership when we focus only on visible competencies?

Keep in the love of God Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. 👉We are told to remain and keep ourselves in the love of God; expect and patiently wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)–[which will bring you] unto life eternal. 👉To stay always in the boundaries where God's love can reach us and bless us. 🔰How to keep ourselves in the love of God; 1. Read God's word, the Bible and abide in it 2. Pray in the Spirit; Communion with God. Living and walking in the Spirit 3. Praise and worship with Thanksgiving; and acknowledging God in all our ways 4. Trusting Him with all your heart, and not being wise in your own 5. Fearing God and departing from; have a hatred of sin 6. And trembling at the word of God and hates lies and speaks truth 7. Him who is lowly and humble and doing His will 8. Him who has a broken heart and contrite spirit, Isaiah 57:15 9. Him who shows mercy and kindness 10. Pure heart and clean hands; Him who has does not worship Idols, Psalms 24. And keeping ourselves this love, you will have the mercy of our Lord that gives eternal life. 🔰Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, 🔰To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever.
