Does anyone use the e pay or ACH option in rent manager for vendors? Avid has been a slow process and wanted to try a different one. Any success?

Thinking about implementing Rent Manager on our park under contract but it’s such a hefty fee for such a small park starting out. I know it’s a pain to switch systems though once big enough. Does anyone have any advice?

Did you know you can send certified mail from your home instead of driving to the post office? Many don't know this, but it's an option.
