I started my mobile home park journey in college over 25 years ago. I made the plans, read the books, went to seminars, and bought all the bootcamp courses. But instead of buying a park, I built a successful business that ultimately distracted me from my original goal. I even helped a family member get into parks before I finally took the leap myself.
