My brother and I have finally found and joined the MHP Pros. We are stoked to be here! We've been on a wild goose chase to get our first park. Our target market is ID, CO, MT, and Utah. We are most familiar with these states and they are the best fit for our MHP buy box/goals. I aim to improve my ability to find deals, underwrite deals, network, and close deals. The main goal right now over all else is to pull the trigger and get in the game with our first park period! Once thats happens it will on to learning operations. Thats it for now.
