Financial Review: Can I ask this?
Going over financials for our park we have UC. Bank account is flush beginning in 2025 (approx $70K) but April-July large checks start being written: totaling $10K one month, $28K another, $16K, etc. Can I ask the seller about these? What detail should I request? He drew down the account to where it currently only has about $300 in it today....

@Michael Pansolini is it proper to request check images of these large transactions to understand (and know seller is being truthful) the expenses?

New Legislation?

Estimating future taxes
What is the best way to handle this? When looking to purchase a new park how can you best estimate what your tax bill will be once title changes? Is this treated similarly to residential real estate?

In the multifamily space we have always called the tax assessors office to gauge. They will only be able to give you a ballpark estimate but its better than a WAG.
