I’ve joined other real estate communities, but MHP Pros stands out. I joined for access to experienced operators, not just content. Mike and Ryan have delivered. The group mentorship and guidance on the nuanced issues that come after your first deal have been invaluable. I'm on my third renewal for group and it's well worth it. Closed on a park in June and another coming.

This program was been exceptional in my experience. Between the coursework which takes you from day 1 to full running of the park, countless calls to educate you on legal contract writing, renovating manufactured homes, understanding underwriting, and the best systems I have seen. This program was been my absolute favorite. The community is stellar and provides their own insights to help with your growth, the networking, and the weekly study groups and group calls. Overall amazing group.

I signed up for MHP Pros 2 years ago, benefited from the great community, went through the education portion, bought 2 MHPs but didn’t sign up for group mentorship. I realized that was a serious mistake when I felt stuck this year. I’m 100% sure that decision stunted my entrepreneur growth. I finally signed up for group mentorship & have experienced tremendous confidence in underwriting, making offers, etc. Ryan & Michael have a wealth of knowledge & they do not hesitate to share any & all of it

I joined at 25, honestly a little gun-shy at first. But meeting everyone—from younger investors to seasoned operators—has been a great experience. I’ve learned a lot about MHPs, especially scaling beyond mom-and-pop operations, refinancing, underwriting, and properly analyzing expenses. Most importantly, the community has given me support and confidence.
