Showing Up Changes Everything
I had the chance to join Beyond the Finish Line recently, and the conversation lined up perfectly with what we’re building here in Mission’s Purpose — growth, ownership, and the courage to step into the next version of yourself. We talked about the endurance mindset I’m leaning into while training for my first 100‑mile ultramarathon. Not the highlight‑reel stuff, but the real work: confronting self‑imposed limits, committing before confidence shows up, and choosing presence over perfection. The same principles many of us learned in uniform… and the same ones we sometimes forget to apply to our own lives. What stood out most was this simple truth: showing up changes everything. Not because it guarantees success, but because it keeps you moving toward who you’re becoming. Whether you’re rebuilding, reinventing, or stepping into a new chapter, the reps of showing up matter more than feeling “ready.” If you’re training for something big, thinking about starting again, or just trying to live with more intention, this episode might give you the nudge you need. Your story isn’t finished — and you still get to shape it. If you listen, I’d love to hear what part hits home for you. https://open.spotify.com/episode/34KUVNCnMoqVQ6n89L9zPs?si=kPJwExxaQWKwZbHP4H8etw

Busy life
Apologize for my absence team. Work, life, and family has been extremely busy.
Quote to ponder….
"You aren't where you want to be because you aren't the person who would be there." This relates to our live call we just had and what we want to accomplish in 2026…. Who do we need to become (now) to achieve the things we want? Am I that person (who achieved my 2026 goals) as I sit here today, or is there some work I need to do on myself to become that individual?

Moment from Tonight’s Call
Monthly Call coming up Tuesday Night!
Don’t forget our next group call is this Tuesday Jan 13th at 7 pm (MST). We are going to discuss and share our goals, limiting beliefs and action steps from the January Momentum worksheet. Not only is that a great way to get to know what others are working on it’s a fantastic way to hold yourself accountable knowing that your peers know as well! The PDF to guide you through the process is in the classroom tabs, January Momentum and the call link is in the calendar. We will also send this via email with a request to let us know if you’ll be attending the call so we can plan accordingly. Finish the week strong and looking forward to seeing you on the call next week.
