100 Push ups a Day
The 100 Push ups a day Challenge! This isn't about the push ups, as much as it is about saying we are committing to something and completing the task. 100 push ups a day until our next live call on Dec 9th. That's 29 days where you will do 100 push ups a day. Now, you can do 100 at a time or break them up into whatever set amount you want (example 10x10). Whoever completes the 29 day challenge will receive a REWARD!!!! If there are multiple individuals who complete the push ups and follow the RULES we will draw a random winner. RULES: 1.100 push ups a day (break them down anyway you may need to complete 100) 2.Comment to this post with the day (example Day 1) keep it on this thread 3.Post your sets it took to complete the 100 push ups (example 10x10) That's it! Let's get this done and have fun and continue to grow with each other!

Mastery
🔥Got another one for today! “MASTERY in one's career and consciousness growth simply requires that we constantly produce results beyond and out of the ordinary. Mastery is a product of consistently going beyond our limits. For most people, it starts with technical excellence in a chosen field and a commitment to that excellence. If you are willing to commit yourself to excellence, to surround yourself with things that represent this and miracles, your life will change. (When we speak of miracles, we speak of events or experiences in the real world which are beyond the ordinary.) It's remarkable how much mediocrity we live with, surrounding ourselves with daily reminders that the average is the acceptable. Our world suffers from terminal normality. Take a moment to assess all the things around you that promote your being "average". These are the things that keep you powerless to go beyond a "limit" you arbitrarily set for yourself. The first step to mastery is the removal of everything in your environment that represents mediocrity, removing those things that are limiting. One way is to surround yourself with friends who ask more of you than you do. Didn't some of your best teachers, coaches, parents, etc.? Another step on the path to mastery is the removal of resentment toward masters. Develop compassion for yourself so that you can be in the presence of masters and grow from the experience. Rather than comparing yourself and resenting people who have mastery, remain open and receptive; let the experience be like the planting of a seed within you that, with nourishment, will grow into your own individual mastery. You see, we are all ordinary. But a master, rather than condemning himself for his "ordinariness", ", will embrace it and use it as a foundation for building the extraordinary. Rather than using it as an excuse for inactivity, he will use it as a vehicle for correcting, which is essential in the process of attaining mastery. You must be able to correct yourself without invalidating or condemning yourself, to accept results and improve upon them. Correct, don't protect.

For me, it’s giving myself grace to fail…and I fail a lot haha! Love the quote from Wooden “Success is never final; failure is never fatal. It's courage that counts.” 1% better everyday!
Our Deepest Fear
I’m sure some have read this, some have not, but I thought I’d share this with everyone today. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our LIGHT, not our darkness, that frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God! Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightening about shrinking So that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to manifest The glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others.”

My Sundays
Every Sunday we do our version of Church. We journal our gratitudes of the week and what’s to come, discuss and talk about God, and ultimately be present with us!! Love Sundays! Hope you all had a great week.

Wow that’s awesome! Thanks for sharing! I have found that it’s hard to find a normal rhythm with going to church since I work shift work (2 days on, 4 days off) so I liked what you were doing.
