100 Push ups a Day
The 100 Push ups a day Challenge! This isn't about the push ups, as much as it is about saying we are committing to something and completing the task. 100 push ups a day until our next live call on Dec 9th. That's 29 days where you will do 100 push ups a day. Now, you can do 100 at a time or break them up into whatever set amount you want (example 10x10). Whoever completes the 29 day challenge will receive a REWARD!!!! If there are multiple individuals who complete the push ups and follow the RULES we will draw a random winner. RULES: 1.100 push ups a day (break them down anyway you may need to complete 100) 2.Comment to this post with the day (example Day 1) keep it on this thread 3.Post your sets it took to complete the 100 push ups (example 10x10) That's it! Let's get this done and have fun and continue to grow with each other!

@Garrett Pastor Thanks. Been dealing with shoulder and neck stuff since before my last fight. Just gotta monitor how much and what I do of certain things to avoid aggravating them

Are we Taking Life too seriously?
Spent part of this morning listening to this lecture from Alan Watts. Found it fascinating that maybe the point of our life is to be less serious and more curious. Would love to hear what resonates with you.

@Derrek Ross how can we change that?

@Derrek Ross One of the things I’ve done is the next week, next month next year analysis of whatever is causing me stress or seriousness in this case. That Lois like this: Will I remember the thing I’m stressing over right now in a week? Will I remember it in a month or a year? Usually the answer is no which indicates it’s not as serious or impacting as we are making it out to be.

Another range day!
I'm sitting in the middle seat of a fully loaded 12 seater van, headed to the range in the middle of the desert, with a bunch Marines and local guards. I can't help but have flashbacks to those long days at Flatrocks Academy. Still going out there to have fun and still going out there to train, only now I am one of the oldest in the van and get the chance to try and pass on a little knowledge to the next generation. It's amazing to see how life comes full circle. I had some amazing coaches and trainers in my life and I hope I can be half as good as them for these guys.
