I wanted to share something exciting — the official time standards for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles are out! 🌟

These times are pure inspiration, and I’m confident that many of you have the potential to chase them. Think of this as a benchmark — a glimpse of what’s possible and what we can start preparing for as we look ahead toward 2032!

A cool addition this year is the inclusion of the 50s — something I personally feel connected to and thrilled about. They’ll open up exciting new opportunities for many of our swimmers!

It’s amazing to look back on this first year of Swimpros and see how far we’ve come — from incredible personal bests to breakthrough performances. Every one of you has contributed to this energy and progress.

We truly believe that anything is possible when we stay consistent, focused, and passionate. Let’s keep pushing our limits and aim even higher.
