Corporate Housing Lease

Hi all! How do you handle a booking request when the corporate housing agency is requiring they be on the lease instead of the displaced family?

My insurance (Proper Insurance) does not allow corporate leases. Proper Insurance recently sent this:

Corporate rentals do not align with our underwriting guidelines, and the underwriter will decline your application to bind insurance if the property is being rented to a corporate entity. You can rent the property to an individual that is displaced from their own home, but the underwriter does not allow for a corporate entity to rent the home on behalf of a displaced person(s). Properties must be rented to an individual to be in compliance with our underwriting guidelines.
