We took a last minute booking on Airbnb for $3,592!! Very thankful for this one as we are waiting to hear back from the adjuster on a potential insurance lead for another family. 🎉🤎

Got our first booking for our new IMTR in Hurst,TX. 18 days to start. Local family doing a home remodel. 3 Adults, 3 dogs all have up to date care records. Rate is $7,500/month. Our other property was submitted to insurance yesterday as well. Even the small wins are great!!
