Happy Saturday Vetted family. I received a 6 month booking request on Airbnb from someone on a work assignment. It came in yesterday and they want to move in Monday(June1). I accepted the reservation and I messaged the guy to ask a couple of questions and haven't received any response from him, which makes me a little nervous .We talked about lease agreement before, in the group, most of you don't ask for lease agreements, since your bookings are IMTR. Is there a way for me to request or require a lease be signed? Or am I just being paranoid? Thanks all.

Quick question...We just got a quote from Proper Insurance and it says that they cover home owners insurance as well. Are we reading that right? Did you all cancel your home owner's insurance once you acquired Proper? We have had State Farm for years. Our roof was replaced by the insurance, and we don't want to undercut ourselves misreading something. What are yalls thoughts on it?
