Is it important for the MTR to be in a good school district? I am looking at a nice home but it is in the City of Columbus school district? Would that be a deal breaker for you?

This family is sweet said they are not in any rush to move home which makes us happy also! Im glad they are loving our place! We are here as long as they need us and their insurance approves. ❤️

I have a potential renter coming through a relocation service who has asked if we would be willing to waive the traditional security deposit in exchange for security deposit insurance. They also mentioned that they would cover the cost of the insurance if we agree to waive the deposit. Has anyone had experience with this? Is it a good idea for landlords? I’d appreciate any advice or insights. Thanks!
