Hey team, Have you experienced AirBnB withholding payment for 28 days for your first booking? This is really weird to me. The family moved in Sunday, June 28. AirBnB has been paid. Yet AirBnB is not sending the funds to my account until July 26.

We were also surprised to find out they were right next to each other as it was a father and son’s homes. We secured both homes and will finish signing agreements this month and getting started on our new homes. I just received a request for a 102 day booking for a couple in my area who has sold their house and needs an in between. They want a walkthrough before completing the booking; however, I have a current tenant through July 30. My current tenant is an insurance claim for water damage. What am I to do? First of all, PRAISE GOD for all the interest in my new iMTR. Secondly, I can't give them a walkthrough and not sure how to send them a video walkthrough that I took before the current tenant moved in. It's on AirBnB. How can I send them my contact info so that I can send them the video? Happy Independence Day!!! America 250!!

The hot and cold water are reversed in one of our showers and I completely forgot to mention it to our guests. I reached out to them to ask how their stay was going and they said they couldn't get the hot water to work in said shower. I apologized and let them know to switch to C for hot. I also updated on the house info provided online. What would you do for them to make up for the inconvenience? I thought about maybe a gift card to a nearby burger place... Also, our neighbors in the cove always go big for Independence Day and they will be shooting off fireworks. Should we provide some camp chairs for them to be able to participate if they want to or just let them know that it's happening in case they want to watch or join in the fun. Thanks for your tips!
