What does “being fit” mean to you now versus 10 years ago?
I know 10 years ago, for me, I just wanted to be lean, like see my ribs lean. Now, I want to be strong and lean. As I’m building this community, it’s really nice to have other likeminded people onboard. So, in order to get more of the right people for our community here at The Metaolic Fix, I’m offering any member who refers a friend, 40% of the friend’s membership fee. It’s super easy. Post a Topic
One thing that’s important to me is creating a community where everyone feels comfortable posting questions or topics that may not be the easiest to talk about in other spaces. No matter what the topic, as it relates to health, fitness or mindset, this is an open space. Controversial topics, like glp1s, hormone replacement therapy, peptides, sexual health or anything of the like are an example. Happy to share my knowledge as well as look forward to feedback from others that may be able to contribute. So, ask/post away! :).

Household Meal Conflicts
Do you and your spouse or family members have differing tastes in food and it causes problems creating meals? For example, you enjoy fish and vegetables primarily but your husbands is more of a meal and potato’s guy? Or are you already on a healthy path eating more protein and fiber but your kids are on the primarily carb train. Tell me your delimas!
