I see a lot of post about fasting and was wondering if anyone can share what is the longest you went without food and about your experience. Did you dry fast, drink water thoughout the day or incoporate juices as well?
Yes, I have to have something in the morning too. today I did a mini fast with 3 hard boiled eggs and water and felt so much energy all day. Did not feel hungry. I wonder if eating berries or just watermelon in season is ok when it comes to hormones.
Do you and your spouse or family members have differing tastes in food and it causes problems creating meals? For example, you enjoy fish and vegetables primarily but your husbands is more of a meal and potato’s guy? Or are you already on a healthy path eating more protein and fiber but your kids are on the primarily carb train. Tell me your delimas!
