Prioritize Satiety
I struggle with forgetting to eat and then over eating later at night. Something Iโ€™ve found that helps is eating earlier and eating to be satisfied longer. For me eggs (not pictured) in the morning are simple and allow me to stay fuller longer, today I paired it with some quick oats. Not the best but, I wonโ€™t be hungry mid day or find myself not having eaten by 5pm

Making execution easy!
Been struggling with meal prepping and eating consistently so I have started using some frozen meals that were ideally on the healthier side and plant based. This was really good and o wasnโ€™t hungry afterward!!

When you're trying to work but you look after a poodle ๐Ÿ˜‚
Tina needs attention 24/7, 365 ๐Ÿ˜‚ The older she gets, the more cuddles she demands. And honestly... I don't mind. I love giving her belly rubs, cuddles, and all the attention she wants. The challenge? Trying to get work done. ๐Ÿ˜… She always wants to sit on my lap while I'm working, so I came up with a compromise: I put her on my desk right next to me. That way, she's close, can keep an eye on me, and watch the world outside the window. This is what my workspace looks like now. ๐Ÿ™Œ Hope you're all having an awesome weekend! What's one of your biggest wins from this week? Drop it in the comments ๐Ÿ‘‡ My biggest win: I ran 5K in 19:28. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ I'm training for a 10K and a half marathon, so it's time to lock in. ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿƒ I ran the "Rรคnn de Uetliberg" (run up the Uetliberg)
As you may already know, I love running. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ When I was younger, I played competitive tennis, and I've always been more of a cardio than a strength-training guy. Because I genuinely enjoy running, I rarely have to convince myself to do it, especially when I pair it with other things I enjoy, like grabbing a great cappuccino afterward or going for a swim. That's why I always recommend starting with a form of exercise you actually enjoy. Once you've built that habit, you can gradually add resistance training when you feel ready. Speaking of running, yesterday I took part in an event called "Rรคnn de Uetliberg," which basically means "Run up the Uetliberg." Uetliberg is a hill overlooking Zรผrich, and the race climbs about 358 meters (1,175 ft). It was 33ยฐC (91ยฐF), so it was definitely a tough one! I finished in 55:18, and while it wasn't easy, it was absolutely worth it. ๐Ÿ˜Š How was your weekend? Did you get up to anything fun?

Today something more personal...
Last year, I wanted to give my girlfriend something truly special for her birthday. Her mother's dog, Tina, is already 13 years old. When my girlfriend still lived with her mother, Tina was always by her side. Even now, whenever we visit, Tina follows my girlfriend everywhere and never leaves her side. Knowing how much Tina means to her, I wanted to give her a gift that would keep those memories alive for years to come. My aunt is a talented artist, so I sent her one of my favorite photos of Tina and asked if she could paint a portrait of her. The result turned out beautifully, and now my girlfriend has a special keepsake that will always remind her of Tina.
