Juggling a demanding job, your family, your health, your relationships, and everything else in between is hard. Some days I'm working 12 hours straight and still trying to fit in a workout, cook something decent, and be present with my girlfriend in the evening. Some weeks it works. Some weeks it doesn't. And that's okay. Missing one workout, ordering takeout instead of cooking, having a week where other priorities take over... none of that means you're failing. It means you're human, and you have a full life. Progress was never supposed to be a straight line. You're not behind. You're not doing it wrong. You're just doing it in the middle of a real, busy life, which is a lot harder than doing it with unlimited time and energy. Keep showing up when you can. That's enough. You got this. 🤍
