I just wanted to tell you...
Juggling a demanding job, your family, your health, your relationships, and everything else in between is hard. Some days I'm working 12 hours straight and still trying to fit in a workout, cook something decent, and be present with my girlfriend in the evening. Some weeks it works. Some weeks it doesn't. And that's okay. Missing one workout, ordering takeout instead of cooking, having a week where other priorities take over... none of that means you're failing. It means you're human, and you have a full life. Progress was never supposed to be a straight line. You're not behind. You're not doing it wrong. You're just doing it in the middle of a real, busy life, which is a lot harder than doing it with unlimited time and energy. Keep showing up when you can. That's enough. You got this. 🤍

Thanks for this 🙏🏾
Update on my progress
I've been stuck at the same weight for the past few weeks, and I haven't been tracking my calories. I usually don't track unless I'm actively trying to lose or gain weight. So for the next few weeks, I'll be logging everything I eat to lose the last bit of fat around my belly. If you hit a plateau, don't make changes right away. First, ask yourself if you've been consistent with your nutrition and exercise. If the answer is yes, then it's time to make adjustments—reduce your calories slightly, increase your daily movement, or both. Are you currently tracking your calories?

Tracking my calories is my number one pitfall. 🫠
Incorporating Exercise
Working on adding more physical activity. Yesterday I started the day with a 2 mile walk 🙏🏾
Incorporating Exercise
Making execution easy!
Been struggling with meal prepping and eating consistently so I have started using some frozen meals that were ideally on the healthier side and plant based. This was really good and o wasn’t hungry afterward!!
