Prioritize Satiety
I struggle with forgetting to eat and then over eating later at night. Something I’ve found that helps is eating earlier and eating to be satisfied longer.
For me eggs (not pictured) in the morning are simple and allow me to stay fuller longer, today I paired it with some quick oats. Not the best but, I won’t be hungry mid day or find myself not having eaten by 5pm
