Quite a good day earlier on. Mainly driving back home from a renourishing visit to the countryside.

Soon after we got home, me and my girlfriend got in a argument. Lately we've been getting in these fights over the most trivial things. This time it was about an unopened salsa jar. We usually kiss and make up soon after.

Nevertheless, I am resolved now to grow more in self-awareness and composure. And to remain calm and centered when confronted with these "jabs" of criticism, however unjust they may seem to me.

I know she is going through a lot and much of it is coming from a place that she doesn't want to be in either ❤️‍🩹

As for the challenge, all on the right track and I continue headstrong into day 4 💪✌️
