I made it ! It was not easy but I will echo what other guys have said . Being able to do this as a community has been s huge help . The support has been amazing . In the last few days I have noticed more clarity and focus in the gym and at work . I had been dealing with low testosterone. I definitely see improvement in that ! I have to say Iam now looking forward to an intentional release !

This morning I found a beautiful totally private look out. I was able to do my morning routine and a solo cultivation which was glorious being outdoors in the rising sun buck naked. Unfortunately I did spill some seed; I cannot believe how sensitive my lingam is to the touch and how little arousal causes seed to spill. Still I set intention with it all and didn't battle any guilt. This last 21 days has been a great process. Overall a success for me. I feel very capable to hold my seed for long periods and have really proven to myself sexual release is not something to chase or be controlled by. If comes when it comes (no pun intended). Presence with the body is the goal. Been a pleasure walking this path with you gentlemen.

Had a good workout after work . Love sitting in hot dry sauna after. Short cold shower . All relaxed now . No release !

Work kept me very busy today ! Came home and relaxed . Did a solo practice with no release , looking forward to a good nights sleep. I have noticed really strong morning wood ! It’s a great feeling !

Surprising myself I still haven’t released. Have come very close and I definitely want too ! It was a typical Monday with challenges. Just needed to relax tonight . Will do a solo cultivation before bed tonight . Hope everyone is well !
