I've offically made it to the 21 day marker. It's been a challenging journey though I must say it was relatively easier doing it in a community rather than going at it alone. The accountablity factor was a total game changer for me! Even though there was a minor setback on day 11, I am happy and content with my effort. The main benefit I've experineced is way more energy in daily life. Also the weaning off porn has been great for my mentality, although I had a little relapse in that department on day 17, but I am happy about the way I tackled it. I think I might continue further in this practice of semen intention on my own now and/or drastically lenghten the intervals between ejeculations. Congratulations to the brothers who made it through these 21 days 🥳 And to those who didn't, just keep going 💪 To have the will and aspiration to do this kind of work speaks volumes!

Been enjoying a couple of sunny days here in Iceland. The summers here are very short and unpredictable so it's a real delight when we get these kind of days. So yeah, two days to go and I'm feeling good. Been mostly abstaining from self-pleasure but the libido is high. Did my first practice of the Microcosmic Orbit with the guidance of Ben in episode 41 of the MSM podcast. Didn't feel much at the first go but I am sure it will come with practice. So I thought I'd drop in one quote attributed to Lao-Tzu, the Taoist master. "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". Peace out, brothers ✌️ hope you are doing well 💚

Fell into temptation a little bit today. Watch some porn but turned it off fairly quickly. Didn't even touch myself during. Think it was just the old habit trying to creep in. I hadn't watch it since challenge began and was feeling great about that. To counteract I drove straight to a nearby swimming pool and went to the sauna and cold plunge. I'm feeling much better now and in control. Also a little sense pride for being able to resist the urge to fully act on it. I sincerly hope that one day I can put this unwanted habit in the rearview mirror once and for all.

Thanks, Jordan 😊 Good to be reminded to celebrate the victories, big and small. I tend to forget that somtimes and just focus on the grind.

Starting to feel less tired through out the day. I've usually felt a considerable drop in energy in the afternoon. And since I work a lot in the evening it's become a sort of habit to take a long nap during the day. But now I don't seem to need it. Also been sharpening my morning sadhana. Feels great to start the day with these practices like yoga, breathwork and meditation. Really sets the tone for the rest of the day ☀️ I am also getting quite curious about Qigong. So yeah, all going well on my end these couple of days. Higher vibes, more energy ⚡️
