Had some urges throughout the day, some stronger than expected for day 1, but all were manageable. I haven't learned how to properly move and transmute intense sexual energy, all I know how to do for the most part is ignore and distract until it goes away. I'll prob have to figure that out soon, is there a msm podcast episode I should listen to that explains it ?

Couldn’t sleep last night and had a release this morning already. Hopeful the following days will be better.

Had a super restless night last night. Didn't release or anything. Reeling really tortured around the state of my marriage and life circumstances. Hard not to want to just collapse under the weight of it all. Feeling a little depressed this morning and finding it hard to have the motivation to face the day.
