I recently listened to Wes Watson’s interview. Gratitude is important. For productivity and overall mental health is important to stack your wins. My morning routine is water first moment awake, cold shower, exercise and start my outreach . Completing the hardest thing early in the morning is great for time management and sets the vibe of your day.
