Shut up and Add Value
"I don't have the things I want in life." Shut up and add more value.
"I don't have the women I want in life." Shut up and add more value.
"I don't have the business/career/job I want." Shut up and add more value.
"I don't have the high level friends I want." Shut up and add more value.
Every relationship is a value exchange. It's sad but true. There's no such thing as unconditional love outside of a mother's love for her children. I'd even go as far to say that a mother/child love isn't even unconditional especially if a child commits a heinous crime, etc.
We need to give and give and give in order to get. Whether you believe in the law of attraction, law of reciprocity, karma or another label you want to slap on it. We simply need to help others in order for others to help us.
Where can you add more value in the current relationships in your life? Where can you add value to someone you're trying to network with? It doesn't need to be monumental. Most of the time it's something small that opens the door to learn more about the individual in order to add more value down the road. Comment with one specific thing you can do to add more value 馃憞
