Takeaways from in person with Michael Sartain: Efficiency in Clubs
My roommate @Richard Lopez and I went out in Boston on a Tuesday night to a nightclub since the host dm'd me to come out.
When we arrived at the club, it was totally dead, not surprising for 11pm on a Tuesday night in a city like Boston. I knew the main host & the DJ, so I said hi and got content of them spinning plus got behind the DJ booth and networked with another up and coming dj who was back there who also rented out luxury cars so networked with him for potential photoshoot options, but after that there wasn't really anything to do
Last year, @Michael Sartain flew out to Boston to attend a Harvard lecture given by Jason Strauss, David Grutman & Noah Tepperberg about nightlife and how they build their empires in their respective cities.
When Michael came out with me and @Tristan Darshan on a Thursday night, it was less busy than it normally was, but there were still people at tables including girls that I knew. Michael was in the club with me for 45 min but explained and demonstrated a few key things that changed the trajectory of my MOA life which I consistently apply today.
Michael showed me how to take the snapchat selfie video with the specific Airy Autumn filter which makes the girls look extremely good and most of the time will have them repost you on their story. He also told me anytime I'm out and I'm with a group of girls to get a group photo with them, regardless of if I brought them to table or not. Consistently doing this plus tagging all the girls plus the venue will brand yourself as "the man who bring girls out to events" and make you a massive value to other high value men and cause you to get invited everywhere.
The other thing Michael did was approach the two hottest bottle girls that were working that night, show them the IVE from his bikini competition, invited them down to compete in August/September and exchanged instagrams with both of them.
So in 45 minutes of being in the club, Michael now had the instagrams of the two hottest girls there because he applied Alex Hormozi's "1 Million Dollar Offer" principles of having an offer so good the girls would feel stupid for saying no and had the two hottest girls in the entire club that night following him. Michael and Tristan left shortly after to go home and get rest before their flight.
In Vegas Immersion, I did exactly what Michael did there in a place I had no status. Take a selfie video, break rapport, and invite the girls out to a high status event like a comp table we would have later that week. You always see Michael on calls saying the "Loading up the shotgun" analogy for events. I got 20 Instagrams in one night at EBC because I was invite girls to Babes in Toyland that was happening the following night and using amazing IVE to show them it was a great offer.
So after Richard and I had said hi to the DJ's and there was really nothing to do, I decided to take action and get an ROI for the time I was spending in the club. I go up to the 3 hottest bottle girls that were standing together doing nothing since nobody had bought tables and asked "Do you guys model?" since most bottle girls do model. They responded receptively to it.
I proceeded to break rapport, qualify them, and show them the recap video from the photoshoot Richard and I had just done, and invited them to the next photoshoot we were planning. Afterwards we exchanged instagrams and we also invited them on the podcast that Richard and I do now every Weds and Saturday evening. We left the club shortly after.
In 45 minutes or less, Richard and I had gone in, offered value to the dj and the main host by getting an amazing video of them spinning at the dj booth, and exchanged instagrams with the 3 hottest girls working that night and had invited them to two high status events occurring in the future.
For all you newer guys in MOA, find events in your city that are high value that will cause FOMO and always have them as bullets ready in the shotgun chamber, it is so easy to approach the girls when your mindset is, "What are you going to do, reject me? HAHAHA this offer is so good that you are a complete IDIOT if you say no to this"
