Michael talks a lot about the important of breaking rapport but this seems to be the opposite of one the books on his reading list that I recently started to go through, "How to win friends and influence" by Dale Carnegie. This book is all about building rapport. How do you reconcile these seemingly opposite views on interactions with female friends and guys you want to network with? Also, does anyone have any recommendations for books focused on exploring more the concept of breaking rapport? It would be interesting to read it and see how it can be reconciled with the principles in Carnegie's book.
