Made a short video about the three levels of meditation we teach. As this is for YouTube, it’s targeted for more of a postmodern audience.
Traditionally we say, shamatha, vipashyana, and shikantaza (or nonmeditation)
We can also look at these methods as practical tools to apply:
1 increase our focus
2 cultivate high EQ/Resilience
3 increase innovation/creativty
