There are a few schools of thought when it comes to promotion. None are “wrong”—but one must be chosen.
Choose Your Promotion Strategy:
Theory 1️⃣: Post everywhere, as often as possible.
(Max visibility, high energy, lots of reps.)
Theory 2️⃣: Choose ONE primary platform and post aggressively
(2–3 times per day minimum. Go deep, not wide.)
Theory 3️⃣: Choose 1–2 platforms and post once daily
(Broader reach, more intentional content per audience.)
Theory 4️⃣: Use an alternate method
(Offline, direct, paid, partnerships, or something creative.)

- Social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Skool, LinkedIn, Threads and X are most common)
- Email list
- Cold email outreach
- SMS / text messaging
- Phone calls (cold or warm)
- Virtual events

- Social media ads
- Radio
- TV
- Vendor / exhibitor booths at events
