NYN Challenge Day 5 - Water Bottle?
DAY 5 — Where is YOUR WATER BOTTLE 💧🍾 PLAYMAKERS, let’s talk value. In almost every discovery call I have to help others understand what we do in our academy, I share this simple idea: Water is free. Out the faucet. From the fridge. From the hose. FREE. But the moment somebody PACKAGED that same water, everything changed. Suddenly we’re paying: - $1 at the gas station - $2 at an event - $6 at the airport Why? Because packaging makes it convenient, clear, portable, and valuable; even though it’s still just water. 🤯🤷🏾 Now here’s the challenge: 👉 If a prospective client heard your pitch and said, “Okay, I want it,” what would you hand them? What’s your water bottle? - A link? - A PDF? - A webpage? - Product graphic - A one-page offer sheet? - A clean, clear, packaged version of your brilliance? Today’s play: Show us your WATER BOTTLE. Where do you send people when they say yes? How can someone buy from you TODAY? 💥 I’ve attached a few graphics I use and that our team makes for those in our academy as examples. Plus the one @Danijel Velicki uses as an example. But I will share More in the comments. 🎯MAKE A PLAY and drop YOUR WATER BOTTLE (or your water bottle idea) in the comments. Let’s package your brilliance so people can finally grab it, sip it, and pay for it. Go Make A Play. 💧 By the way, 80% of those who start a 7 day challenge rarely get beyond day 4 so your being here means you are in the top 20% because this is longer than 7 days and you made it this far still participating.. 🙌🏾🎉👍🏾🎊 great job PLAYMAKER!

I love this! If we are in person, I usually ensure they are following me on IG. I follow them first usually to initiate the follow back unless they find me on their phone while we are meeting. Depending on what they want and how ready they are, I will follow up with them via email or phone. Or we will set up a meeting right there on the spot and send a calendar invite. But if they are coming into one of my communities, right now I am sending them the community information. I have flyers with QR codes too.

@Dwight Riddick this makes complete sense! Once my mommy Meet up community is fully established, I will streamline the process. My walking community has its own eventbrite, so I do have a flyer for that. And I'll have to figure out how to streamline the process for someone booking me to speak

NYN Challenge Day 3 - Show and Tell
DAY 3 — SHOW & TELL ✈️🔥 Today is all about SHOWING your progress, not proving your perfection. Yesterday you ate the frog and took a bite of your elephant… Now I want you to show your receipts. 📸 POST a photo or screenshot of the action you took yesterday. It could be: - a message you sent - a draft you started - a slide you built - a client convo - a page of notes - a system you created - a small win you captured Whatever it is — SHOW IT. Because here’s the truth ⬇️ Progress beats perfection. Momentum beats motivation. Taking action beats overthinking. We don’t “wait until the plane is finished”… We build the plane AS we fly. That’s how every speaker, coach, entrepreneur, and world-changer gains altitude. So today’s challenge is simple but powerful: **👉 Drop your SHOW & TELL photo in the comments. 👉 Tell us (in one sentence) what action you took and what it unlocked for you or others. Celebrate the motion. Honor the effort. Stack the wins. Let’s FLY Playmakers — Day 3 is lift-off. ✈️🔥 Make a play

The Self Care Strategies for Caregivers workshop I pitched to Newport News Human Services (wayyy back in June) was finally approved and should go live on Eventbrite tomorrow. I met with the coordinator today and we discussed logistics and documents needed for funding. This picture was of the pre and post assessment he asked me to create to show participant's mindset and insight before and after the workshop. We need 30 participants to run it. I will share it here once I receive the link and flyer. I'm excited! I also invited another mom to join my next Mommy Meet Up and I scheduled a few mommy Meet Ups through the New Year. My "Empowered Motherhood Experience" program was also approved by Newport News Human Services! This is a 5 workshop series that will meet weekly from Jan 6th to Feb 3rd. Fingers crossed all logistics allow for this timeline. I will funnel the women from the Mommy Meet Ups into this series and launch my paid community from there. Other moms will also be in the program so the reach will be greater than who to have reached myself! I will also share the event information here.

NYN Challenge: Day 2 - Today We Eat 🍽️
So one of my favorite quotes is by Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu who says, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step…today share with us 1 step you will take TODAY to achieve the goal you mentioned yesterday… actually not a step a BITE! Share in the comments 1 Bite into your goal. There are two classic productivity principles to consider EAT THE FROG AND BITE THE ELPHANT!‼️ 🐸 1. Eat That Frog Brian Tracy book that teaches that the “frog” is your biggest, ugliest, most important task — the one you keep avoiding. And the secret? 👉 Do it FIRST, and do it IN THE MORNING! Before the calls… Before the emails… Before the excuses. When you eat your frog early, everything else feels lighter. 🐘 2. How to Eat an Elephant You’ve heard the phrase: “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.” Your long-term goals for this challenge, books, courses, coaching programs, speaking tours, aren’t achieved in one huge leap. They’re achieved in consistent, DAILY BITES. Small steps compound into big wins. So go MAKE A PLAY! Drop in the comments: 1️⃣ What FROG are you eating today? (Your most important, overdue task) 2️⃣ What BITE of the elephant will you take today? (A small step toward your big December goal) Accountability matters. Momentum matters. And action is your greatest accelerator. Let’s EAT. 💪🔥 #MaxPotential #TimeToFly #CMIcoachingm

@Dwight Riddick I'm not sure yet. I'm going over my schedule to determine the best times in December and January. I'll have multiple sessions. I'm thinking about creating two 90 minute blocks in a day because I want to keep the workshop intimate.

@Tanique Easy thank you! And will do
Looking for feedback (18 min Masterclass Review)
I recorded a short masterclass to accompany my book, Becoming Her Again: Reclaim your best self & never lose her again. Its a series of self reflection exercises and journal prompts that help women bridge the gap between who they are, who they desire to be, their dream life and the habits that help them get there. Please see the video's description for more information. I look forward to hearing your feedback! https://youtu.be/gMirAujehVY *THIS IS AN UNLISTED VIDEO*

@Jeanille Rockett thank yiu for the feedback! Sometimes digging back into the pain isn't my first instinct because it feels so far away. But as women, we experience very similar points in life and don't talk about it. Thank you

@Dwight Riddick thank you so much for this. Looking back on it, I really am proud of not having many filler words because I've really been working on that. But it does lack alot of my natural excitement that is at the core of my personality. I will apply this framework and post the updated version after Thanksgiving. Thank you!
