I woke up at 3 30am,, prayed my namaz,, and then went in fresh air and did a lot of zikar or boht sari duain ki ALALH tallah say...Till 6am mainy mobile use nhi kia.. Isk bad mainy Apny lactures wagera liye or 8 bajy tak aa kar lait Gai Raat ko nend nhi ati Soo 8 bajy k bad Thora soa jati Hun... I woke up at 11am or uth k Quran notes banaey till 12 40pm.. usk bad mainy breakfast kia Joo lunch b tha almost 🫠🫠 Namaz parhi or bsss Kuch samjh nhi Aya Kya Karun....5 bajy tak aisy hi laiti Rahi Apny room main...Qk last Kuch days main Ghar main mahol boht ajeeb hai mery baba or bhaii ki apas main bss lagi rehti h behas or Mera bhaii bechara uski mental health kharab hoti hai bss... Ye Sb mujh say dekha nhi jata Meri apni energy drain ho kart reh jati hai,, bss phir main Apny Abba ko avoid ii karti hun.... Ye parents k rawaiye naa Jo apki mental health barbad karain ye aik alag kisam ki struggle hai...khair 5 bajy uth kar k mainy shower Lia or soacha Kuch nhi hota sab thek ho jayga Get up now... Day 4 of My Health Journey 🌿
Only four days in, but I've already learned something that I'll be sharing with my clients too. I used to think I needed a full 30–60 minute walk for it to "count." The truth is, that felt overwhelming, especially on busy workdays. So I changed my approach. Instead of one long walk, I now take 10-minute walking breaks throughout the day. I walk while replying to client check-ins, while talking on the phone, or while uploading content. I also make time for a short mindful walk without my phone. These small habits have helped me: Increase my daily step count. Spend less time sitting. Feel more energetic. Become more productive in my business. I've also become much more mindful of what I'm eating and how different foods affect my energy levels. This journey reminds me that discipline isn't about waiting to feel motivated. It's about creating systems that make healthy choices easier. You don't need a perfect routine to improve your health. Start small, stay consistent, and let your habits work for you. Small steps, repeated every day, create big changes. ♥️
