Alhamdulillah 2 deals close hui: - $9/hour – 6 months contract - $12/hour – 3 months contractNiche: Medical Billing Pressure tha, lekin result worth it tha ✅ Saturday – Start of the Day 🌤️ - 3:00 pm – Utha - Zuhr namaz ada ki 🕌 - Kaam ki wajah se Saddar chala gaya, safar karta karta shaam ke qareeb ghar wapas aya - Takreeban 7:00 pm ghar pohcha, bahar nashta kiya tha kisi kaam ki wajah se Learning & Skill Upgrade 📚 - 8:00 pm – GoHighLevel ki important class attend ki Pichlay 1 week se proper focus nahi de pa raha tha, is liye aaj dil se time diya.Bohat khaas aur powerful cheezein seekhne ko milin. Paid course (foreign trainer ka) liya hua hai, aur mujhe yaqeen hai ke agar main apni skills upgrade kar ke Facebook / Google Ads + lead automation services offer karoon, to har business ke liye real growth possible hai, InshaAllah 🚀 Past Learning Reflection 🔁: Takreeban 5 months pehle Dubai se Programmatic Ads ka course kiya tha. Us waqt andaza nahi tha ke Pakistan ka market abhi ready nahi. Seekha: - DV360 (Google Display & Video 360) - Campaign Manager - Performance Marketing Jahan $100k se $2.5M USD tak ki ad spend handle hoti thi (real estate, SMBs, ERP, CAD/CAM, big brands). 2 months ka course tha, lekin 4 months lagaye skill ko absorb karne mein.Total investment ≈ 60k PKR. Abhi tak yeh skill Upwork par introduce nahi ki, kyunki wahan mostly small-budget clients hote hain. Lesson clear hai: Skill hamesha upgrade rehni chahiye. Reality of the Day 🧠: Saturday ko Haroon Bhai ki Mental Mastery complete dekhna possible nahi hua, kyunki office ka kaam aa gaya. December mein kaam kam hota hai, is liye jo milta hai usay miss nahi kar sakte. Main Senior Business Developer hoon, aur ek baat clear hai: 👉 Jo meri salary hai, mujhe usay 2X – 5X kar ke nikalna hi hai. Yeh pressure har business developer ka hissa hota hai targets, responsibility, expectations.
