Work: โ
Hired a VA to help with site tasks* โ
Worked on map animations in AE* โ
Reviewed Notes on dummy bidding and courses* *I realized 10 posts is really nothing, just a tiny piece, so I planned a monthโs content as a bigger strategy. *As the weather was pleasant, I felt drawn to geography, so I started working with maps โ and my goal became to master it. But after 3-4 days something happened to laptop's charger + PC's HDMI cable, same day, and then I asked brother, he said after 2 days plz and I said ok. So I wasn't in a bad mood (bcz of this) and I completed VA tasks through sis laptop and problem solved. *Decided to bid through brother's profile first, and after "practicing dummy bidding" so I reviewed notes first. Reflection: ๐ฅ Habits Learned there is no โcrack codeโ to success only consistent habits here's how they leave room for growth. Observed that some tasks felt smooth and almost on autopilot. Realized this happens when something becomes a habit. Understood that if I take care of my body and practice things slowly without being harsh on my mind, they eventually turn into habits. Once habits form, previous tasks require less effort and energy, allowing focus on bigger and better things creating a cycle of growth. ๐ซEmotional insight: Thought about " what if" remain in higher spirit so if something goes wrong, only fall back to a normal state instead of sadness. Realized "we" people often donโt feel sad about just one thing they reopen a whole โalbumโ of past emotions. Understood that being sad about one thing alone isnโt actually that bad when we donโt attach everything else to it. lol Systems: โ
Practiced discipline tricks (like delaying sugary juice putting here and there and eventually, not drinking at the end) โ
Learned body and soul need different resets; hydration, iron, calories, and protein affect energy. โ
Previously sometimes watched course on my "phone" even when bored saying no matter I'll put you in my head. โ
Used coffee "carefully" when focus dropped without "harming sleep"
