Some days I felt grounded.
Some days I felt scattered.
But every day… I learned something about myself.
Day 1) 12/16/25
I slept late and woke up slowly, but my heart felt full.

`Spent quality time with family and went on a beautiful family tour
`Posted on Skool and felt connected through engagement
`Faced one of the biggest fear
`Read my favourite book for 3 hours
🌧 Regrets
`Missed Fajr
`Wasted time on watching movies
`Felt mentally disturbed due to some personal issue

Day 2) 12/17/25
This day reminded me how fragile focus can be.

`Alhamdulillah, prayed Fajr after many days
`Spent 2 creative hours making video content with my sister

`Social media took more time than it deserved (3 hours).
`i am a Mega overthinker and this habit drained my energy 🥹
`Health neglected. I am doing no movement, junk food.
💭 Lesson: Creativity feeds the soul, but screens drain it quickly.

`Ignored previous health signals and now facing lots of Health issues particularly gut health
`Had a very serious Conflict with friend

A day that felt warm and heavy at the same time.

`The day felt rushed and mentally crowded
`Sleeping for hours (more than 10 hrs)

Calmer, but low on energy.

`Sleep routine improving (about 8 hours)
`Ghar pe finally cameras install karwa diye.
