I move confidently toward Live Bidding, limiting myself to a maximum of 4–7 bids to ensure quality, control, and learning depth. Alongside this, I refine my role within the Skool community at a foundational level, prioritizing functionality over perfection. This phase is about clean execution, not overextension🔥. Sleep log🛌 - slept at 11PM - Woke up at:10:30 AM - Again sleep at 1.30PM - 3.30PM Pichla 6 week s itna lmba kabhi ni soyi m actually I was not fine from yesterday's night, medicine ki wja s nashyuu ki trh soyi rahi aaj😕. Reminder of the day🎗️ Focus on your health lrkiii plz🙏. Day start section - 10:30 - 12:00 PM went to hospital, had medicine, back to home. - 12:00 - 1.30 PM try to eat something but kuch bhi ni khaya jaa raha tha bs letii rahi, thura sa 📲 check kya, again soo gii. - 12:45 - 1:30 PM Offer Zohar, Got shower. - 1:30 - 3.30 PM additional sleep because I was under the medicinal control. - 3:30 - 5.30 PM just eat some fruits and prepare Quiz(wu bhi dhng s na krski). - 5:30- 6.30 PM community check mobile, community and Whatsapp. - 6.30-8 PM energy level was so low, again soo gii, smj ni aaraha tha kya kru. - 8-9 PM online class done. - 9-9.30 read book and had dinner - 9.30- 1.30 went outside for walk + Random hangout in Umair sr community. - 10.30 - 12:50 PM HNK team meeting.( Aik dn engagement nahi kii esa lga jesa pta ni kitna picha reh gyii hu.🥹) - 12.50-1.30 Instagram. ✅ Achievement of the Day: This section is empty for today, kuch bhi literally kuch bhi productive ni huska aaj because of my health but I had cope with it that's all Alhamdulila 💫. 📝 To Do List: Gym. Consistent in reading. Project management. Dummy bidding Revise Quiz Society members meeting schedule. Laundry. IG new reel Learning of the day👏: As I'm a active type of person. Mj s skoon s ni betha jata. I love to work. But sometimes the conditions like today Made me feel like that I'm doing nothing, seems like I'm wasting my productivity.

These days had wins, slips, learning moments, and a few hard realities) documenting all of it honestly. Day 1: 11/12/25 Wake-up: 10:20 AM | Sleep: 1:30 AM | Total : 9 hours ✅ Wins - Prepared financial sheets and handled record-keeping for a client (felt properly professional 😄) - Posted my weekly journaling update in this Community - Attended an online client meeting - Had a meaningful conversation with two Iranian Girly Friends and learned a lot about culture ♀️ - Attended a LinkedIn course at 9:30 PM by @Muhammad Ammar Ahmed he was working on the profile of @Umair Bajwa - Received an official gift from my Girly (small win, big motivation) ❌ Misses - Missed Fajr prayer - ~3 hours lost on Social media (classic distraction trap) - Procrastinated on one very Important task - Skipped community videos Reflection: Strong execution, weak discipline. Need better control over attention. (Day 2) 12/12/25 Wake-up: 10:40 AM | Sleep: 2:00 AM | Total :8 hours 40 min ✅ Wins - Met a new connection and exchanged ideas - Designed a LinkedIn post for a Family Member - Resumed my book reading (felt good to open it again 🫀) - Submitted a pending University project - Guide university juniors ( teaching reminded me how much I’ve already learned) - Received a very Useful Advice from @Muhammad Wakeel . ❌ Misses - Missed Fajr prayer - ~4 hours on social media (time flew, value didn’t) - Poor boundaries with time and conversations Reflection: Productivity exists, but focus leaks too easily. ( Day 3 ) 13/12/25 Wake-up: 9:20 AM | Sleep: 1:00 AM | Total : 8 hours 20 minutes ✅ Wins - Started a new hobby (genuinely enjoyed it) - Restarted evening walks (body said thank you Bro 🤎) - Watched a very useful LinkedIn audit videoand make some notes ❌ Misses - Missed Fajr prayer again and again - Had a road mishap while driving~ Alhamdulillah, Allah protected me 🎗️ - Too much caffeine (5 teas + 2 coffees… not proud) - Listened to music for ~3 hours → mental fatigue followed

@Watiba Danish You mentioned time spent on social media. Make social media intentional, not default: set 1-2 fixed time windows to check it and remove apps from the home screen (speaking from personal experience)

DAY 2 JOURNAL Date: 15-12-2025 Day: Monday Sleep Log - Slept at: 4:00 AM  - Woke up at: 9:00 AM  - Total sleep time: 5 hours  Action Log 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM - Freshened up  - Had breakfast  - Prepared lunch and dinner for the family  - Offered Zohar prayer  2:30 PM – 5:00 PM - Offered Asar prayer  - Watched classroom videos  - Engaged in the community  5:00 PM – 8:00 PM - Went out to buy gifts for my nephew’s birthday (17th December)  - Missed Maghrib prayer  8:30 PM – 10:00 PM - Spent time with my mother as she was unwell  - Offered Isha prayer  - Had dinner  10:00 PM – 4:30 AM - Watched classroom videos (low focus due to checking on my mom; will rewatch tomorrow, In Sha Allah)  - Limited community engagement  5:00 AM - No sleep planned due to my mother’s doctor appointment at 9:00 AM  - Hoping for a short nap later  - Ending my day here  Wins of the Day - Completed my second daily journal  - Fulfilled family responsibilities  - Attended a live learning session  Mistakes - Missed Fajr prayer  - Missed Maghrib prayer  Reflection Today was emotionally and physically demanding. My learning progress slowed, but family care was necessary. My mother’s health requires attention, reminding me that patience and responsibility are part of growth. While I couldn’t focus fully on my goals, I stayed consistent with journaling and learning efforts. This day highlighted the importance of balance between faith, family, health, and personal goals. Tomorrow’s Intention - Prioritize prayers and try not to miss any  - Rewatch classroom videos with full focus  - Stay active in the community, even if for a short time  - Get some rest to maintain health and energy  - Remain patient and grateful while caring for my mother

IF ANY MEMBER HAVE ANY GOOD SUGGESTION, DO TELL! 1:10 PM – 1:40 PM: Offered Zuhr. 1:40 – 2:30 PM: Workout (LEG & SHOULDER), I missed last 3 days. 2:40 – 3:15 PM: Good long shower. 3:20 – 3:45 PM: Lunch. 4:10 – 4:25 PM: Offered Asr. 4:30 – 5:45 PM: Rested awhile. 6:45 – 6:05 PM: Offered Maghrib. 6:05 – 7:15 PM: Re-strategize LinkedIn, new goals and target market selected. Will update the profile accordingly. 7:15 – 7:40 PM: Offered Isha. 7:45 – 9:30 PM: Did outreach on LinkedIn, email and all socials. 9:30 – 9:55 PM: Dinner. 10:10 – 10:40 PM: Walk after dinner. 11:00 – 12:52 AM: Back to workstation, working on few clients projects. Felt earthquake, so went checking out family. Ammi and Abbu were fast asleep, so didn’t disturbed them. Sister was awake but didn’t feel it. 1:15 – 1:50 AM: Tried working but my head still spinning, after effect of earthquake I feel always. So switched to watching some content.
