Got a general question for everyone as a chef, myself choosing healthy fats over crappy ones like, say something like a salmon, basa etc has healthy fats in it, but it screws up our macros. Thoughts?
3 meals prepped not missing lunch today ! Also I did have a bagel with PB for a snack and that filled my macros of carbs n fat. Protein was fine and it was nice treat !!
For anyone who doesn’t like cottage cheese u gotta try it in blender with your desired fruit and a little squirt of mio sport drink flavouring 0 calories it’s pretty damn good like a smoothie
