Macro OCD?
I am ok with eating the same thing every day for a week. Prep. all breakfast and lunch - dinner made in 15. I am on a cut so granted, not many calories to play with. Not for everyone - but was able to lazer in the macros this week. I wasn't a My Fitness Pal believer before. I am now. Keep slaying!
