Hi everyone in 'Let's Master English'! 👋 I'm excited to share a little bit about my beautiful country, the Republic of the Congo. Sometimes there's confusion between my country 🇨🇬 and our neighbor🇨🇩, but there's a lot that makes us unique. Here, it’s the CONGO! The land of La Sape, sharp style, and vibrant energy. The first photo shows a grand building in our capital city, Brazzaville, with our national flag flying proudly. The people here have a sharp wit and great style. They say even our graphic designers are masters of color codes! We might joke around and use our signature local banter (you might even hear the line 'Béno ngaya zéna...'), but it's all in good fun. It’s a city by the Congo River, full of character. The second photo is a view of one of our modern architectural landmarks, featuring a striking green roof. It’s a great example of how we blend modernity with tradition. Speaking of colors, we are the definition of that spicy verde-amarelo-vermelho (green-yellow-red)! But what’s really special about the Congolese people is our heart. We can criticize each other during the day, but when night falls, we LOVE, and we love just like that. Life is meant to be enjoyed. There's no room for holding grudges here! It might seem a little crazy to some, but that’s just the power of the Congolese spirit. So for the mathematicians among us, as we say: 'Here, it’s the +242!' ✊
