Challenge Done ✅|131 live classes
Hi my dear LME friends, I'd like to share this happiness with all of you. In January, I accepted Gulistan's challenge of defeating 125 live classes. In the end, I completed 131 classes- a new record, I am really proud of myself for this achievement because I am only DDM vip. Honestly, this journey was not easy. Sometimes the classes were very early in the morning. Sometimes they were late at night, even at midnight. Sometimes I felt tired, unmotivated, or wanted to give up. There were moments when I thought, Can I really do this? But every time, I told myself: Just try. Don't quit. Because of this challenge, I met many amazing coaches and classmates from different countries. Every coach has a different teaching style, and I learned something valuable from each of them about English, about learning, and about life. Some coaches taught me: How to manage my time How to stay disciplined How to believe in myself How to learn step by step How to never stop improving I also learned that time is precious. We all have only 24 hours a day. If we really care about something, we must make time for it. So I started using my calendar and my Apple Watch to plan my schedule. I checked my classes before the bedtime. Sometimes I had to stay up and waked up early. I tried to be responsible for my own growth. This challenge also helped me improve my English: Speaking Listening Pronunciation Confidence I'm still learning. I'm not perfect. I still make mistakes. But I'm not afraid anymore, because mistakes mean I'm growing. Sometimes I felt my English was not good enough. But my coaches and classmates encouraged me a lot. Thank you for your patience and support. It means so much to me. From this journey, I learned one very important thing: Don't overthink.Just start Don't be afraid. Just start Consistency is key 🔑 keep going Don't wait for perfection. Just Start now. Improve during the process. Believe in yourself. You are stronger than you think. You are more capable than you imagine.

Handshake
I’m an ordinary middle-aged woman living in Korea. I’ve been working since graduating from college, but I’ve never shaken hands with anyone in my entire life. I usually greet people by slightly bowing my head. That’s how things are done here. I asked my husband whether he shakes hands. He said men do shake hands because of business. Then he added something more: he shakes hands only as a representative. For example, in a business meeting with three people on each side, only the leaders shake hands with each other. Everyone else simply bows. I asked my daughter, too. She’s a college student, and she has never shaken hands either. I asked her, “What if one of my friends from abroad asks you to shake hands?” She said she would bow first, but if the person held out their hand, she might hesitate for a moment—and then shake it. After that, I found myself thinking:When was the last time I touched someone else’s hand? My daughter. My mother. And… that’s all. @Khalil Ghacha @Xinxin Zhang
