I’m planning our next Leaders in Progress workshop for November, and I’d love your input before locking it in. I’m considering two directions: Both are timely… but I’d rather pick what matters most to you right now.

Whilst it may not be possible to discuss specific examples of 'difficult conversations' with existing people from our work environment (for various reasons), perhaps we can share *specific examples* of interviews we have conducted, and interviews we have given; as there is little proprietary information shared in interviews.

@Jason Campbell proposed this topic, and I like it a lot. I think this is a crucial element of leadership development. But I would like to focus our conversation on a limited number of topics, and I need your help if listing them out. I think I would like to include some discussion about navigating underperforming team members, but many other things can lead to difficult conversations. Help me list them up here and I will assemble it into a workshop

Do any of you fine folks have a good template for Resource planning and budget calculations for hiring new employees? I need a simple tool to track current allocations and project future cost while growing the team. Any templates would be greatly appreciated. I will put one together myself too and share it here.
