Mentoring Junior PMs?
Hi all,
I spoke with Gerard regarding the following idea and think that it would be very beneficial to this group of high-potential individuals! As a Junior PM, I would like to get a sense of what your everyday work life is like, the situations you may run into with your working groups, steering committees, etc. and advice you can pass along to people like me! Doesn't have to be super formal. Let me know what you think!
